It's ok to change your mind!

If the item is unused, in its original packaging with proof of purchase (e.g. order number), you can exchange, or return for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Contact us within: 14 days of delivery

Return items back: within 21 days of delivery

We're really sorry about that. As a small company, happy customers are especially important to us, so please get in touch and we'll do all we can to help.


WHOLESALE & BULK CUSTOM ORDERS

Note: Due to the nature of these products, different despatch and returns policies apply to wholesale, bulk and custom orders.

 

Please check your order advise if any discrepancies or faulty items by emailing hello@kindlyyarn.co.uk within 7 days of receipt.

Stocked range: Unwanted items can be returned within 14 days. The buyer is responsible for returned postage. Products must be received in saleable condition, as sent.

Please allow up to 7 days for your bespoke order to be shipped.

Bespoke & custom printed: Your furoshiki scarves are made especially for you, so unfortunately CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ONCE AN ORDER IS IN PROGRESS. Please check your design files carefully before sending, as we cannot be held responsible for any design errors.

Please allow approx 6 to 8 weeks for your bespoke order to be printed, sewn and shipped.

  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

If you require delivery to an address outside the UK, orders are sent DDU (delivered duties unpaid). Customs fees, import duties and local taxes etc may be charged once your order reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient. Kindly Yarn are not liable for these charges.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
